Ingredients

    1 Josephs oat bran & stone ground wheat pita
    1 Light String Cheese
    3 tbsp salsa
    1/3 c. Morning Star meal starter soy crumble
    1/4 t. Onion powder
    1/3 t. Garlic powder
    1/4 t. Cumin powder
    1/4 t. chili powder
    2 T. shredded Mexican 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk)
    1 T. Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 t. Lime Juice
    6 Cherry Tomatoes
    2 T. onion, diced
    1 T. Cilantro, raw

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Roughly chop and shred string cheese.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine soy crumbles with onion powder and garlic powder. Add 1/8 t. cumin and 1/4 t. chili powder. Microwave 30 seconds or until hot. Mix well.

Lay pita on baking sheet and spread with salsa, sprinkle with shredded string cheese, soy crumbles, and sprinkle with mexican cheese.

Bake until hot and bubbly, about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix sour cream, lime juice, and 1/8 t cumin.

Top pizza with onion, tomatoes, and sour cream mixture. Enjoy!
