Ingredients

    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16oz) can low sodium black beans
    1 (16oz)can kidney beans
    1 (8oz)can no salt added tomato sauce
    1 (10oz) package frozen corn kernels
    1 (14.5oz) cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
    1 packet Mrs. Dash taco seasoning
    1 Tbsp cumin
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until cooked through. Drain fat and add to slow cooker.

2. Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Top with fresh cilantro and serve.
