Ingredients

2 cups smoked amberjack flaked
2 tbsp light mayo
4 tbsp fat free sour cream (I used Greek yogurt b/c I was out of sour cream)
Add a few drops of hot sauce to taste
1/2 tsp of old bay seasoning or to taste
Tips
You can purchase smoked fish to use as an ingredient
Directions
Buy smoked fish
Or, brine fish for 30 minutes
Smoke in smoker until done (it took me 3+ hours on a really low temp)
Shred fish (purchased or recently smoked) with your hands
Add other ingredients and mix in a medium size mixing bowl until fish is well shredded and dip has acceptable consistency.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 2 1-cup servings
