Ingredients

    2 packages Ramen Beef Noodles
    2 pounds Ground Beef
    2 Jalapeno peppers (seeded & finely chopped)
    2 tblsp Canola Oil
    4 tblsp Water
    2 tblsp Steak Sauce
    2 medium Carrots (shredded)
    1/2 cup Unsalted Peanuts
    1 medium onion, finely diced

Tips

Consider wearing disposable gloves when handling peppers. The oils can burn skin. Please do not touch your face or eyes before washing completely.


Directions

1-Set aside season packets and prepare noodles according to directions; drain and set aside

2-brown ground beef and jalapenos in oil until beef is no longer pink. Remove and keep warm.

3-In the same skillet, add the noodles, water, steak sauce, carrots, onion and seasoning packets. Cook and stir until heated. Return beef to skillet and add peanuts.
