Ingredients

    12 oz elbow macaroni

    6 oz ground turkey
    6 sugar cubes
    0.25 tsp fine salt
    0.25 tsp black pepper
    1 meduim steak tomato
    1 small bottle Ragu spahetti sauce

    2 cups spinach

    0.25 cup Ricotta Cheese
    0.25 cup cottage cheese
    0.25 cup mozzorella cheese
    1 serving vanilla yoghurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 425

1. Cook Elbow Macaroni as per package directions.

2. brown turkey in a pan, add salt, sugar, pepper and salt; add chopped fresh tomato and wait 5 minutes; add tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

3. Whip all cheeses and yoghurt in a mixing bowl.

3. In a baking dish, mix Steps 2 & 3; neatly layer spinach on top; spread the cheese mixture over the Spinach.

4. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

5. Remove foil and bake for another 7-10 minutes or until cheese mixture is melted and brown.

Serving Size: makes 16 1/2 cup servings
