Ingredients

Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 0.5 tbs
Lime Juice, 15 mL
Gourmet Garden Garlic, 4 grams
Suraj Whole Mung Beans, 50 grams
Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup
Broccoli, fresh, 100 grams
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 25 grams
Pepper, red, sweet, raw, 25 grams
Bell Pepper - Orange, 25 grams
Tips
Mung beans helps the liver.
Directions
Wash mung beans thoroughly and cook as instructed (30 to 45 minutes). Let them cool off.
Cut onion, broccoli and peppers in to small cubes, after washing them.
Mix olive oil, lime juice and garlic in a small glass jar, add salt to taste (use pink Himalayan salt), close the lid and shake good.
Mix beans, onions, broccoli and peppers in a bowl. Add dressing and mix good.
