Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

Jicama, 1.5 cups peeled and diced
Granny Smith apple, 1 small cored and diced (not peeled)
Honey Crisp apple, 1 small cored and diced (not peeled)
Strawberries, 1 cup quartered or slivered
    Blueberries, 1 cup
Light Raspberry walnut/pecan dressing, 0.25 cup

Tips

Any combination of crispy, tangy apples work. Think colorful. I'd never tried jicama before - got it already peeled and chopped at the market. Jicama is mild flavored with a nice juicy crispness that is pleasant to snack on when you're in a hurry.

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Enjoy!
