Ingredients

    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
    3/4 cup catsup
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    2 T minced onion
    1/2 cup warm water

    Combine and form into loaf. Top with Piquant sauce, below:

    1/4 c. catsup
    3 T. brown sugar
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1/4 tsp nutmeg

Tips

May be made in muffin cups for individual meatloaves. Bake 30 minutes instead of 1 hour.


Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
