Ingredients

1 (14oz) jar pizza sauce
3 cups water
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded & chopped
1/2 small red onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 (15oz) can low sodium diced tomatoes, undrained
2 pre-cooked Italian sausages, sliced
1/2 cup (about 34) turkey pepperoni, sliced in quarters
1/2 Tbsp basil
1 Tbsp dried oregano
8 oz Ronzoni Smart Taste elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions
1. In the slow cooker, combine the pizza sauce, water, pepper, onion, mushroom, tomatoes, sausage, pepperoni and spices and stir well.
2. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
3. Right before serving, stir in cooked pasta and recover. Allow to cook on HIGH an additional 5 - 10 minutes, or until heated through.
4. Serve topped with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
