Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1/2 onion
    4 cloves garlic
    4 green onion stalks
    1.5 cups chopped spinach
    1 dash salt
    4 dashes pepper

Directions

Mix everything together and bake in 2 greased mini muffin tins for 25 minutes or until egg is cooked and firm.
