Introduction

Ingredients

3 1/2 lbs pork chops (or country style boneless ribs)
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1 can reduced fat cream of celery soup
2 cups Knoor beef bouillon
2 cups baby carrots,cut
4 - 6 stalks of celery
2 medium yellow onions
3 fresh apples cut, with skin
16 oz frozen green and yellow beans
Spices: garlic powder,ground salt,black pepper,basil, brown sugar
Tips
Can be served as is for Lo carb, or over noodles.
Directions
1. Turn crockpot to High and mix the 2 soups, 1 and 1/2 cups of the beef bouillon,1 minced onion,2 minced celery stalks,1 apple cut, and garlic powder,basil, and pepper to taste.
2. Brown pork in first 4 spices, (extra beef bouillon can be used in pan) and then add the brown sugar to each piece on one side when done. Add to sauce in crock pot and set for 6 hours.
3. Add the celery and carrots, and then the other 2 apples and remaining onion cut into bite size pieces.
4. During the last hour or 2 of cooking add the thawed and drained green and yellow beans.
5. If you want to thicken the sauce, scoop it out into a rue or for extra flavor add gravy mix (pork or beef) to it in a sauce pan.
Serving Size: makes at least 12 one cup servings
