Ingredients

    Blue Diamond Breeze Almond Coconut Milk, 3 cup
    Artisan Bread (white), 16 serving (1 1 lb loaf)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 6 large
    Apple, Gala (medium), 1 serving
    Honey, 3 tbsp
    Alpine Spiced Apple Cider sugar free, 1 serving
    *Vermont Sugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, .5 cup
    Raisins, .5 cup, packed
    1.5 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp salt
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    1.5 tsp nutmeg

Tips

Can use other fruit. Can use dried fruit instead of fresh.


Directions

Spray 9 x 13 pan.

slice bread into 1" cubes and place in prepared pan.

whisk milk with eggs, honey, syrup, vanilla, cider mix, and spices. Pour over bread cubes.

Press bread down with back of a wooden spoon, making sure it is evenly moist.

Cover with foil and refrigerate 8 hrs to overnight.

preheat oven to 350.

Bake covered for 40 min. Uncover and continue baking till puffed, set, and lightly browned, about 20 min. more.

Let stand for 10 minutes.
