Ingredients

    1/2 C Apricots, dried, chopped
    1/2 C Prunes, dried, chopped
    1/8 C Cherries, dried
    1/8 C Cranberries, dried
    2 Tbsp Flaxseed, ground
    2 Tbsp Chia Seed
    1 Tbsp Pecans, ground

Tips

Substitute any dried fruits, nuts, seeds to taste. Calorie count may need to be adjusted.


Directions

Coarsely chop APRICOTS & PRUNES. Add to food processor with remaining ingredients. Process by pulsing until well mixed. Turn out onto board, cover with plastic wrap and press into flattened rectangle. Cut into 6 bars. Wrap in plastic and store in airtight container.
