Ingredients

    Topping
    3/4 c crushed almonds
    1/3 cup quick oats
    2 tsp sugar
    pinch ground cinnamon
    pinch nutmeg

    Filling
    10oz bag frozen blueberries
    10oz bag frozen raspberries
    1tbsp sugar
    1tbsp cornstarch (1tbsp = 100g)

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Preheat oven to 375
Grease pie dish

Combine all topping ingredients in bowl & set aside

Thaw berries in bowl and then drain juice over a separate bowl. Add sugar & cornstarch to the juices and mix. Fold berries back into juice. Place filling into greased pie dish. Sprinkle topping. Bake for 20 minutes. ENJOY!
