    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 1.75 cup (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, .5 cup (remove)
    *Ancho Chile Powder - 1 tsp, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Chile Powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Red Chile Powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, .5 tsp (remove)
    *Kosher Salt, .25 tsp (remove)

Tips

garnish with shredded cheddar jack and chives


Directions

Slowly heat pumpkin and chicken broth stirring occasionally
add tomatoes and spices let simmer 10 minutes
add yogurt simmer 5 more minutes
run through food processor or blender
