Ingredients

    Stewing beef
    Trinity mix ( pepper , Celery , Onion )
    Frozen Peas and Carrots
    flour
    pepper
    red wine
    beef broth

Tips

if in the slow cooker, brown the meat and add all together. add a bit extra water and let sit overnight.


Directions

brown the trinity, then set aside. Drege the beef in pepper and flour, and brown. add the trinity back in , and deglaze with the red wine.
add the broth then cover and let simmer. after about 20 min add the peas and carrots, and potatoes. let simmer covered for at least another 25 min.
