Introduction

Elk meat pot roast with vegetables and a seasoning packet mixed with water. Elk meat pot roast with vegetables and a seasoning packet mixed with water.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds of elk or deer meat
    6 small potatoes
    4 large carrots
    2 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 pkgs sliced mushrooms
    1 packet pot roast seasoning

Directions

Cut all vegetables to desired size. Place in crockpot. Place meat on top of vegetables. Fill with water until everything is almost covered. Add pot roast seasoning and any other seasonings if desired. Cook for 6-8 hours on low in a crock pot.
