Ingredients

    1 pork chop, bone-in ok
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 cup fresh apple cider
    1 5" sweet potato, peeled


Tips

Works with up to 3 servings -- 3 potatoes, 3 chops, 3 sliced onions, and apple cider.

For a 'sauce", boil the cider-broth to reduce, and serve over the meat and sweet potato.


Directions

Layer sweet potato (bottom), pork chop, sliced onion in slow cooker; cover with 1 cup apple cider and cook on "low" for 8 hours. Enjoy!
