Introduction

    3/4c Soymilk Unsweetened
    1/2c black Tea, brewed
    1/2c Pumpkin, Canned Puree
    1/2c Tofu, soft
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 tsp Ginger, ground
    1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground
    dash Cloves, ground
    Stevia, 2 packets

Tips

For a soy-free option, substitute 1 ripe banana for the tofu. Sub unsweetened almond milk for the soy milk. Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for even more protein!


Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and well combined. Serve chilled.
