This is a simple recipe, trying to see if it for a feast or fast day! It is simple, but you could add veggies for more oomph. Ingredients

    1- 8" flour tortilla
    1/4 cup Ragu traditional spaghetti sauce
    1/2 cup shredded part skim milk

Tips

I have only done this on foil with pam. If you forget the spray, your pizza WILL stick! DON'T forget to spray. I have found I love parchement paper but have not tried it with this recipe. I don't believe you will need to spray, but you may just to be on the safe side.


Directions

spray cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil or with parchment paper.

place tortilla on the baking sheet, spread with spaghetti sauce and then cover with shredded cheese.

Cook at 425 for 10 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted
