Ingredients

    1/2 cup each Broccoli and Cauliflower, roughly chopped, including stalks
    1 cup peas, fresh or lightly cooked
    0.25 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    0.25 cup dried cranberries
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 tbsp light mayo

Tips

Add other zingers like ginger or garlic for extra flavor


Directions

Mix all ingredients - pop back in the fridge for 10-15 mins to let the flavours settle
