Introduction

This is my own makeshift pancake recipe for delicious pumpkin pancakes with some hemp to make them healthy. Kids loved them. This is my own makeshift pancake recipe for delicious pumpkin pancakes with some hemp to make them healthy. Kids loved them.

Ingredients

    2 Eggs
    1 C Pumpkin
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp sugar
    1 cup milk (I used 2%, but any kind will work)
    1 C flour
    3 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

Mix ingridients, wet ones first. Batter will be kind of thick. You can thin a little, but thicker is better for this recipe.

Serving Size: Makes about 20 4-inch pancakes
