Ingredients

    1/3 c Quick Oats
    2/3 c Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    1/4 c Pumpkin Puree
    1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
    Drizzle Honey (I used approx 1 TB)
    1 TB Plain Greek Yogurt
    3 tsp Maple Agave Nectar (or pure maple)

Directions

Cook oatmeal according to directions, in almond milk instead of water. When done, drizzle with honey, add pumpkin, spices and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt and maple, and dollop on top.
