Ingredients

    8 oz shrimp, tails removed
    12 oz skinless boneless chicken, cut into small chunks
    12 oz box whole wheat pasta, cooked
    12 oz heavy whipping cream
    garlic powder
    cajun seasoning

Directions

Season flour with to taste with garlic, salt, pepper, and mix thoroughly. Dredge chicken chunks through flour and fry until browned and crunchy. Work in small batches until all chicken chunks are done; set aside. Throw shrimp into pan and cook over medium heat; add whipping cream and season with cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Allow whipping cream to bubble for about 5 minutes before removing from heat; let stand for a few minutes. It will thicken as it cools. Add chicken and noodles to pan.
