    2 pork loin centre cut chops
    2 medium onions chopped
    1 carrot thin slices
    3 medium Yukon potatoes
    2 Tbsp tomato paste
    1/3 cup parboiled long grain rice
    3 cups water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1tbsp oregano
    1 tsp paprika
    1 clove of garlic crushed
    1tbsp canola oil

Directions

in a oven proof metal pan cook pork chop on medium heat for 3 minutes each side in oil add onion, carrots, potatoes,tomato, spices,rice cook for 2-3 minutes.add water bring to a boil.Place in preheated oven 400degrees and cook for 50minutes Half way through cook time flip pork chops over.
