Ingredients

    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 cup chopped washed romaine lettuce
    1 boneless skinless chicken breast (can be replaced with 1 salmon filet)
    1 cup cherry tomatoes
    .5 cup standard olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
    1 cup of chopped apples

Directions

stir fry chicken in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Toss with allother ingredients except dressing. Add dressing.
