Ingredients

1 Cup Organic Gluten Free Polenta
1 Cup GF OAT Flour
1/8 (2TBS) Cup Cane Sugar
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1 Cup Organic butter Milk
Tips
To ensure the quality and wholesomeness of this recipe use all organic products.
Polenta, Dairy, Eggs-use organic to avoid GMO's.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Place butter in a 9" cake pan, and place in the over to melt.
Place dry ingredients in mixing bowl and blend well. Pour melted butter into cold mil, beat eggs and add to milk.
Add wet ingredients to dry, and stir just to combine.
Pour into 8in square pan and bake 20-25 minutes or until brown.
May also be baked in muffin tins. Serves 8
Serving Size: Makes 8 large servings. To reduce calories cut into 10-12 servings.
