Ingredients

    .75lb of baby yellow potatoes, diced
    1tbs coconut oil
    Spices to taste

Directions

Dice potatoes into small pieces, toss with spices and oil. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes stirring every 15

Serving Size: Makes probably 4 servings, but I only do 2
