    Ingredients:

    one can Small Red Beans
    one chopped fresh onion
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    one large can tomato, crushed, 28oz
    ##jalapeno pepper, optional chopped
    one can Black Beans Reduced Sodium
    one can Pinto Beans,
    one can Dark Red Kidney Beans
    one bag frozen corn
    one tsp cumin
    one TBsp. chili powder

Tips

add more jalapeno chili as desired


Directions

chop onion and garlic
add all ingredients to a slow cooker
cook on high for 3 - 5 hours
