Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 15oz can of organic pinto beans
    1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 cup salsa
    1 tsp chopped fresh garlic (optional)

Directions

dump into blender and blend to desired consistency. I eat it cold, but it's good at room temp or warm as well.

Serving Size: 1/4 cup or 4tbsp servings
