Ingredients

    1/2 Green Bell Pepper
    Two Shallots
    1/3 Cup Garlic Breadcrumbs
    2 TBsp Pesto with Basil
    16 ounces Ground Turkey
    16 ounces Ground Chicken

    No extra sauce needed. Comes out juicy and flavorful.

Directions

Mix pesto and bread crumbs with diced bell pepper and shallots. Add turkey and chicken. Mix well and place into loaf dish. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 8 1.5 inch slices
