Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 Gyro from your favorite Greek Place
    4-6 extra Tzatziki Sauces
    1 Tomato
4 cups or more of Iceberg Lettuce
    1/2 onion, if desired

Tips

I sometimes eat half a gyro (because they're just too big) for dinner one night and then have the rest chopped up in a salad like this the next day. Tastes great!

Directions

Divide the lettuce evenly between two bowls.

Divide the gyro evenly and cut everything up into bite size pieces. Make sure each salad gets half the pita and half the gyro meat, and then chop up the extra onion and tomato (if you like) and split up accordingly.

Toss the salad together and use the extra Tzatziki sauce as dressing.
