Ingredients

    1 small head red cabbage
    1 red apple
    1/4 c sunflower seeds
    1/4 c sunsweet dried blueberries, cherries, cranberries, plums
    1 tbsp honey
    1 cup plain non fat yogurt

Directions

Chop up cabbage and apple. Add sunflower seeds and dry fruit and mix with cabbage and apple. Mix together honey and yogurt and then gently toss into cabbage mixture. Serves 12
