Ingredients

    2 lbs 93 lean ground beef
    3 chopped onions
    2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes
    2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
    1 12 bottle of good beer
    2 15 oz cans chili beans in hot sauce
    4 T Worcestershire sauce
    3t hot sauce
    6T chili powder
    4 seeded and diced jalapeno peppers
    4t crushed red pepper flakes

Tips

be sure to drink a beer while it simmers and you stir occasionally


Directions

brown beef on stove with onion
drain grease and transfer to large pot or slow cooker
add rest of ingredients (cans, beer, and spices) and simmer on stove for two hours or let the slow cooker go for 4-8 hours
