Introduction

My family always makes these around Christmas, but really they can be made any time of the year. These are in no way healthy for you as we make them, but could probably be lightened up a little if you wanted. Ingredients

1/2 tray of chocolate almond bark
1/2 tray of vanilla almond bark
    1 cup chunky peanut butter
    1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
    2 cups Rice Krispies
    2 cups Captain Crunch
    1.5 cups Spanish peanuts

Tips

Can also drop into cupcake paper liners for a more uniform look. Personally, I like the randomness, as that's how my mom makes them, too :)

Standard size will make about 30 clusters, but these can be as big or small as you want.

Since you're already using chunky peanut butter, you can reduce the amount of extra peanuts added if you want as well.

Directions

Melt chocolate almond bark with vanilla almond bark and peanut butter over very low heat or double boiler, adding in vanilla extract at the end of the melting process.

In separate large bowl, combine Rice Krispies, Captain Crunch, and Spanish peanuts.

Pour melted mixture over cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated.

Spoon into clumps on wax or parchment paper and let sit until dry/firm.
