this is my GO TO breakfast comfort food. Ingredients

    1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
    1 packet of truvia
    5 egg whites
    1/2 cup of Milk (this recipe counts for skim)


Tips

If they bubble when you're cooking, you made a good batch! Should not be cakey, more like crepes than fluffy pancakes.


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Whisk until completely blended. Pour into medium size skillet pan and flip when golden brown. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes about 4 medium-large pancakes
