Ingredients

    16 ounces fat free cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 large eggs1 tsp vanilla
    24 reduced fat Nilla wafers


Tips

Refrigerate in tight container. Best if made two-three days in advance.


Directions

Place 1 Nilla wafer in paper lined muffin tin cup. Mix together remaining ingredients until creamy. Spoon into cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Optional-top with pie filling while hot.
