Introduction

Ingredients

    Pour vanilla almond milk in blender, then blend spinach leaves (can use baby Kale instead). Then add other chopped or frozen fruit; blend. Add yogurt and blend until smooth.

Tips

blend spinach first. Other frozen fruits may be substituted. Can half the finished smoothie and freeze some in plastic cup. Thaw slightly and eat as a frozen treat.
