Ingredients

    5 Carrots
    3 onions
    2- 16 oz. cans whole peeled tomatoes
    1 large head of cabbage
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1- 15 oz. can cut green beans
    2 quarts tomato juice
    2 green bell peppers, diced
    10 stalks celery, chopped
    1- 14 oz can beef broth (I use boullion + water)

Tips

I had a Franks Hot Sauce to give it a little zip. Can also add extra spice, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, etc..


Directions

Add everything in large pot and simmer until vegetables are tender.
