    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2.17 lb
    Carrots, cooked, 2 carrot
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks
    Onion Red, 1 medium
    Red Wine, 2 fl oz
    Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour (Bleached&Enriched), 0.125 cup
    L.B. Jamison's Beef Flavored Soup Base, 1 tsp
    Safflower Oil, linoleic, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Morton Season All=1/4tsp=1g, 0.125 tsp
    Tomato Paste, .2 can (6 oz)
    Pepper, white, .75 tsp
    Paprika, .5 tsp
    dry mustard, 0.5 tsp

Directions

Brown the roast first.
Crock pot on high for 4.5-5 hours.
