Ingredients

    2 Tbsp chopped parsley (or cilantro)
    2 Tbsp chopped onion
    1 Jalapeno, chopped finely
    1/2 cup chopped tomato
    1 clove garlic finely minced
    Juice of 1/2 lime

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate a few minutes for flavors to blend.
