    2 C plain greek yogurt
    2 T honey
    1 C fresh spinach
    4 T ground flaxseed
    1 C fresh or frozen raspberries
    2 brewed servings of green tea (ok to leave hot)
    1/2 C cranberry juice
    2 scoops protein powder
    1/2 rolled oats

Directions

Blend together all ingredients for one minute.
