Ingredients

    1 cup cooked turkey meat
    1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
    1 cup whole wheat rotini, cooked
    2 servings fried onions, plus 2 more servings to top.
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk (1%)
    1 tsp Worchester sauce

Tips

Add mushrooms or any veggies that are lurking in the fridge.


Directions

Combine turkey, veggies, rotini and 2 servings of onions in a casserole. Mix soup, milk, and worchester sauce together, pour over casserole and mix well. Top with 2 servings of onions.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 325, or until cooked through.
