Ingredients

1 can ChickPeas
1/4 cup sesame seeds (1 can from spice aisle)
2 cloves garlic
3 TBSP Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Dried parsley
1/4 tsp cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
Tips
I've tweaked the measurement they are not exact and you can add more chickpeas or less lemon juice for a thicker hummus. grinding the sesame seeds in a grinder instead of in the blender/food processor will make a smoother texture. all spices are to taste.
Directions
Drain the can of chickpeas into your blender or food processor. add the sesame seeds. add the garlic. process this until the sesame seeds are all ground up.
Add the chickpeas and lemon juice. Run the processor until they all ground up.
Add the parsley, cayenne, and black pepper and process until they are mixed in.
Serving Size: Makes about 10 servings at 2 TBSPs each.
