Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef
    ¼ Onion Chopped
    4 cups Water
    2 (28oz) cans tomato puree
    1 Tbls Garlic Minced
    2 Tbls Chili Powder
    ½ Tsp Paprika
    ½ Tsp Cayenne or HOT pepper (Whatever you have)
    ½ Tsp Oregano
    ½ Tsp Cumin
    ½ Tsp Salt
    ½ Tsp Black pepper
    1 (16 oz) Bag spiral noodles

Tips

Make sure to use at least a 6 qt stock pot.


Directions

Pre-cook pasta in stockpot until el dente, strain and set aside. While Pasta is cooking, brown ground beef in separate pan, then add Onion and cook until soft, set aside.
In large stock pot combine all ingredients including ground beef (exclude noodles), bring to boil and then simmer for 15 mins, then add pre-cooked pasta, simmer for another 15 mins. Allow some time to cool then Enjoy!
