Ingredients

    tofu two blocks cut up into bite sized pieces. Of note one quarter of a block is a serving. Make note of how many of your pieces equals one quarter block.

    One jar of raspberry chipotle sauce

    Water if needed to thin sauce

Tips

Use this on salads, in a wrap, as a main course with sides. It is very versatile! The difficulty is getting it off the pan and into a container without eating all of them!


Directions

cube your tofu, toss in the sauce (if it is super thick, add a little water to thin it out), lay out coated pieces in single layer on roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately one hour. Stop before the sauce burns! You may want to turn the pieces two thirds of the way through although that isn't necessary.
