Ingredients

    .25 cup flax meal
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon
    .5-1 tsp splenda
    1 tsp oil
    1 egg
    1/8 cup berries

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients. Add wet and mix together. add berries or other mix ins. Microwave for 1min or 1 min 30 with frozen berries.
