Introduction

Hearty soup that makes a great dinner when you have "nothing in the house" for dinner. Hearty soup that makes a great dinner when you have "nothing in the house" for dinner.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Black bean tomato corn soup

    1 can Reduced sodium Beef broth
    1 can diced red tomatoes
    1 can corn (drained)
    1 can black beans
    1 tsp sugar
    1/2 small onion (more if u want)
    1 tbsp garlic (more if want)
    1 tsp oregano powder
    1 tsp Wooster
    2 tsp sour cream (just to give body)
    1/2 tsp cumin powder (can leave out)
    1 shake of red pepper flakes
    2 tbsp olive oil (prevents sticking)
    Dash of salt (if needed, but remember, salt bloats us ladies!)


Directions

Combine all ingredients (except sour cream) and let come to a gentle boil (medium heat) for 20 mins. Stir in sour cream. Enjoy!
