Ingredients

    Yummy veggie Stir Fry

    1 handful of whole wheat spaghetti
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup brocolli
    1/2 pea pods
    1 cups sliced mushrooms

    4 Tbs Teryaki sauce
    1 tsp honey
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 Tbs Sesame Oil
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1 Tbs Garlic (minced)

    4 Tbs of Cooking oil

Tips

Can be topped with toasted sesame seeds or crushed peanuts for a little crunch.


Directions

Cook spaghetti

For the sauce

In a bowl mix Teryaki Sauce, Honey, Orange juice, sesame oil, soy sauce and garlic and whisk till blended set aside.

in wok or skillet heat cooking oil then add all vegitables and cook half way through, add sauce and cook once cooked through add pasta serve and enjoy.
