Ingredients

    6 cup baby spinach raw
    1cup sliced fresh avocado (1 small)
    1 pint fresh strawberries sliced
    1/2 small red onion thinly sliced
    2 oz of crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)

    serve with Poppy seed dressing (recipe on Spark People)
    made with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, poppy seeds and salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Toss all ingredients together with your desired amount of dressing until combined. Serve immediately.

Serving Size: divide in half (about 4 cups) for two servings
